Amarone Della Valpolicella DOC Classico 2019

£56.50

Obtained from hand-picked Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes grown in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica at an altitude of 150 to 450 meters. These grapes are harvested late September early October and left to dry in lofts for 120 days before vinification. Producing a perfectly deep garnet colour, intense, persistent, earthy, and fruity aromas, with a bouquet of black cherries and dried prunes, dried flowers, and strong sweet spices. This wine is well structured with a distinct smoothness complementing the velvety tannins.
