Adagio, meaning slowly, is the only possible pace at which to truly get to know this wine. Honoured are the two generations Dario & Davide, and Giovanni & Giordano to be able to keep producing it. From the Capriano Del Colle appellation, it is the Lazzari family’s most traditional wine and has been produced for four generations of Lazzaris’.
