A generous gourmet wine. It is a full bodied cuvée that reflects a well crafted wine with elegance and substance yet a complex nose and palate that is both rich and fresh. At first a beautiful spiced bouquet followed by a farandole of ripe red fruits and delicacy in the finish.
Grown from vines over the regions’ typical pebbled covered plot, around 30 hectares, made from grapes harvested by hand and only partially destemmed. This wine has been macerated for 30 days and aged for 18 months in concrete tanks.
