A light and fruity wine with a strong nose of fruit and leather, and aromas of black berries reinforced by flavours of liquorice. A wonderfully long but delicate finish.

To drink chilled, ideal for an aperitif but also to accompany your meals.

Before spending time in the steel tanks it spends maceration and fermentation period of 4 months in a concrete vat to create a thermal inertia and control the temperatures at the start.
