A ruby red in colour with purple reflections, this Ventoux has a nose of various aromas, a beautiful concentration of wild berries, forest fruits and redcurrant. It has a nice freshness on the palate, where the tannins are present and distinct yet well integrated.
It also has a discreet spicy finish followed by an astonishing long finish for a wine of this category. This is a wine which is fresh, light, and supple, but at the same time has a good bite.
