Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvée Tradition 2021
£33.00
In my humble opinion, a white Châteauneuf is a rarity in the UK and curious wine drinkers may well like to try this. It has a luminous colour and a nose of white plum, white pear, apple, and subtle notes of almonds and quince.
It is supple and silky, with just the right amount of acidity to give it a remarkable balance and a lingering aromatic persistence, developing more honeyed flavours over time. This wine is equally elegant if drunk young or can be left to age for 5-10 years.
