The grapes are brought straight to the press so that they can preserve that flowery must, fermentation begins in steel tanks but is not allowed to fully ferment as they want to preserve the grape’s sugars. The result is a delicate and silky wine that expertly balances the acidity with the sweetness. Very fruity yet fresh and light.
