Château de Valloubière is in the Department of Hérault, Southern France, in the commune of Saint-Jean-de-Fos, approximately 40km from Montpellier. Once again, there is a father and son dynamic to this vineyard, but the real heart and soul of this operation is Thibault Delamotte. His hands-on approach means his signature is on all of the wines produced at Valloubière.
Thibault’s preference is to bring a human dimension to his vines and work all of the stages of the winemaking process by hand, from picking the grapes to bottling. The results are bold wines, both red and white, that take you deep into the heart of the Languedoc.

In a Terroir marked by the limestone geology of the Larzac plateau, the mountain winds and the Mediterranean climate, these natural phenomena are perfect for producing fabulous AOC Languedoc wines.
These wines have been produced organically since 2013, with noble grape varieties, which have adapted to the dryer climate. The yield is deliberately kept low, to get the best out of the vines. The 12 hectares of land are organised in terraces dotted with olive trees and large cypresses.
Everything from the style of bottle, the label design to the wine itself suggests a winemaker with huge confidence who is at the top of his game.
