This wine is named after where the Fezzigna Azienda is based, home to its native grapes: Greco Bianco and Malvasia in the region known as “DOC Melissa”. This Caraconessa is an elegant and refined wine, with a straw-like colour and is both fruity and savoury at the same time.

Terroir (soil type): Medium textured sandstone deposits, rich in mineral salts
Oak / Steel Fermentation: 6 months in stainless steel tanks
Stored in bottles for at least 30 days before release to market, limiting the addition of sulphites at the final stages of processing
