Terms and Conditions
1. By placing an order with Neeche Wines you are confirming that you are 18 or older. By law, it is illegal for us to sell alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years.
2. When you give Neeche Wines your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card for the purpose of ordering wine from us.
3. Payment will be taken from your payment card as soon as your order is placed. Please note, when you place an order, your card details are stored securely to make it easier for you to place further orders in the future, however, we will never take payment from your card unless you give us authority to do so.
4. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. If your order does get cancelled, you will be contacted to explain why and we will refund any money you have paid us for that order.
5. Our standard delivery provision is next day (Monday to Friday) to most UK addresses, when you order before 12pm. We can offer a same day service for customers in the London postcode area for orders placed by 10am but this can only be confirmed on a per order basis. Contact us for directly for a same day service. The delivery charge is £10.00 for next day on orders over £150.
6. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates to some areas of the UK. We will contact you if your postcode falls in to one of these areas.
7. We aim to meet all delivery dates on a best endeavours basis. If , for any reason, your order goes missing, or we are advised by our delivery partner that it could not be delivered, we will send you a replacement order at the earliest next opportunity. If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days we will offer you a full refund. For these purposes, delivery takes place when products are left at your delivery address or with someone else in accordance with your instructions.
8. For your own safety we reserve the right to contact your card issuer for the purposes of carrying out security checks.
9. You can ask us for a refund at any time within 14 days after delivery. Our Customer Service Team reserves the right to decline any refund request if we believe it to be dishonest. For any request for a refund, you must (a) contact us within 14 days of receiving the wine and (b) return the wine to us in the condition it was sent out to you – i.e. all labels and seals to be fully intact and not tampered with. You may be responsible for the cost of returning the wine. If you do choose to return your wine but do not meet the above criteria, then we may, at our sole discretion, decline your request for a refund or we may refund you in credit that may only be used to make purchases on our website.
10. Any product that we offer is displayed in real time and may be withdrawn from sale or offer without notice.
11. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, and any orders placed thereunder, the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction over them.
