Pink Bulle (Bulle meaning bubble in French lets you in on the play of words and image on the label) is a quality sparkling wine, made by the ‘méthode traditionnelle’ where, in order to obtain the bubbles, the fermentation is done in the bottle and not in vats.
It is a’ brut nature’, without the addition of ‘liqueur de tirage’ (the traditonal Champagne making method where sugar and yeast are added in), keeping the aromas of the grape intact. It is a sparkling wine for all ocassions with bubbles that reflect the energy of the Southwest,
