Bastian Contrario is born using their oldest Turbiana vines, reduced yields, and a harvest just after the botrytis cinerea attack (the noble mould of the grapes). The flower-must ferments directly in barriques and it stays on lees for 12 months. This process allows this wine to last for years. Bastian Contrario is a limited-edition wine. That’s why each single bottle is numbered by hand.
